Philosophy

WPRC’s service philosophy reflects its unique geophysical service-based roots. These roots have given the firm special insight into its clients’ concerns and a first-hand understanding of the complexities and issues that direct most water resource projects. As a result, WPRC is driven by its clients’ need to assess property and water resource assets at resonable cost. WPRC conducts its business according to four basic operating principles:

  • Simplify Solutions
  • Minimize Project Costs
  • Provide Only Essential Services
  • Diligently Protect the Client’s Business and Economic Interests

WPRC’s staff specialize in a variety of disciplines including water resource assessment, groundwater and surface water modeling, environmental assessment, geology, hydrogeology, chemistry, technical regulation, site investigation, and remediation as well as business administration. All work product and procedures adhere to the firm’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. Because water resource issues are typically complex and lend themselves to multiple solutions, all proposed work is peer-reviewed by WPRC’s professional and business staff. Proposals must meet the firm’s criteria for technical effectiveness, risk and predictability. Peer-reviewed work is then evaluated by project management staff to ensure that it provides the best method for achieving the clients’ economic and business objectives.
