Exploration

WPRC is progressive in its research and development of new technologies and is developing and using surface and borehole geophysical techniques for analysis and exploration of groundwater and mineral resources. The types of geophysics used by WPRC include:

Electrical Methods
Resistivity, Self Potential (SP), Induced Polarization (IP), Electromagnetics (EM), Multi-Phase Saturation (MPS), and Magneto-Tellurics (AMT).

Seismic
Refraction, and Reflection

Other
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Magnetic, Gravity, and Borehole

[Please contact us for more information on these techniques and their uses.]

WPRC also uses other exploration techniques such as existing data analysis and computer modeling to explore the potential of new water and mineral resources. Our GIS and Consulting activities integrate seamlessly into our exploration services.
